I've been trying to call the international number (011 353 1 249 7791) which doesn't seem to work. All I get is some automated voice telling me the hours Ryanair.com answers questions and also tells me something about calling within the UK or Ireland. I've lost my flight confirmation number. I assumed that I typed in the right email so I didn't bother checking to make sure. I also saved the confirmation page to my favorites (I completely forgot that on secure pages, all info is reset after a certain amount of time) so when I went to check my favorites for my confirmation number, the page had long expired. So I have no clue what my number is and I leave in two weeks. Ryanair's customer service is really pissing me off.
What else can I do? Anyone?
DONT WORRY!!!!! You dont need the confirmation number, just your passport. I have never taken my confirmation number with me, they never ask for it. The confirmation number is for your own purposes really. Its just in case of any problem with your booking. Just go along with your passport and everything will be fine. I am flying with ryanair tomorrow and i wont be taking my confirmation number.
bwiiian is right...you don't need any documents except your passport when you travel with Ryanair.
So...don't worry - be happy.
The only thing which can happen to you (but which will not happen) is that Ryanair cancels your flight and you will not know it then, because they normally send you an email, if that happens. But you also had to enter your phone number, when you booked the tickets. So maybe they will give you a call and tell you when they cancel the flight.
But this is the worst case, which will not happen - for sure
Don't lose your passport - then everything should be fine
as previously stated, you'll be fine, i've never needed the booking number with any of the low cost airlines. about the cancelation thing, you can check on the airports website that your flights are still on.
...i rocked up at gatwick when i booked with Monarch - and the bitch at the check in desk was adamant that i needed my booking confirmation - even thought i had my passport and she found it in the system. i stood in the check in queue and proceeded to unpack my ENTIRE suitcase to find the piece of paper that i LUCKILY had put in the bottom of my bag. she looked at it for two seconds and then said 'ok - thats fine'
at the other end - flying back to the uk - no probs at all without it tho!
Thanks a lot folks. Thought I'd have to purchase another ticket!
