I am stymied and a little confused.
I've been unable to create a new blog for the past few days. All that I'm able to do is write new entries within the existing blogs that I've created, which is a bit disorienting. It doesn't work to have an entry of Sicily in my Corsica blog, or a Budapest entry (where I am currently) in my Uruguay blog. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
There is a limit of 5 blogs per user. The limit increases depending on your membership status, but the default maximum is 5 blogs.
May I ask why you have the need for 5 separate blogs? Wouldn't it make more sense to have them all grouped under one travel blog? Then you can use the categorisation to organise them.
Thanks for the info., Peter.
We are travelling around the world by bicycles for a year and I had thought I would blog the journey by creating a new blog for each country or bike ride, about 32 countries in all.
I will have to re-think this plan if I am limited to only five blogs.
Ah, I can see how that might work. Bear this in mind though; if you have multiple blogs, then people would have to subscribe to each and every one of them! You would miss out on people who subscribe to the first one and then when you start editing the second one they wouldn't get a notification.
Sounds like an awesome trip btw!! My dad travelled around by bicycle a lot when he was younger (all the way around australia, europe and a large segment of south america). We never hear the end of it But we don't mind, because the stories are good.. hehe. In my opinion it's probably the most ideal way to travel anywhere.
