36 C here yesterday....not bad until you figure in 65% humidity. I've been in cooler steam rooms.....

LOL, I guess you'd better go to Death Valley, only 4% over there...

16c for summer.
thats almost the same as in Genting Higlands. Quite cold for me.
Its about 40++c in KL. And i feel i am in the microwave.
Cant imagine if its 52.8c.

40+ in KL? Almost impossible, I doubt it that it has been much more ever. But this is where people are mistaken by real temperatures instead of temperatures in the sun.

You're right, Michael. The temperature in KL during the day is usually at about 33-35C. If it even crosses the 35C mark, it would be all over the news.

Opospa, where did you get the reading of 40+ C ? My guess is from the car. You do know that the car thermometer reading is not an accurate representation of the actual temperature, don't you?

HAHAHA!!!
I was actually just guessing the temperature here in KL.
It was too hot that day. So i thought it might be that high.
Bad judgement LOL!!!

I think its really selfish to be honest - our weather here has been dire and reports say its likely to continue - the amount of rain has been unbelievable no sunshine - and if we get a measley 16 c thats a warm day.

This is July - supposedly summer - its crap totally crap - everyone is miserable, with the weather really affecting peoples moods!

OK thats my weather rant over!

Its not fair is it! Its been rainy for far too long.

Me and Mark are on holiday this week, but we couldn't afford to go overseas, so what can we do in Britain with such crap weather?...I had hoped to spend the week going camping, walking, picnics, etc.... A day dry enough to go walking in the Peak district with enough light to take good photos. I can't even go to meadowhall (big shopping mall in my city) because the ground floor is still shut from the floods last month!

I'm not asking for a 35c heatwave, if it just reached 20c it would be nice. Just enough sunshine to hang my washing outside?

:(:(:(

You'd better ask Gelli, he goes there every week!
