Hi everyone my chinese visa (30 days single entry) runs out shortly, and i plan to make my last stop hong kong as i have a friend there, before going on to vietnam. I am not planning on flying. The obvious thing to do would be to go back into south china then cross the border into vietnam, but as far as i know i would have to pay for another visa for china which would be pointless as it would only be for a day or 2 (in a rush, i am).

So the only way left is getting a boat, either a freighter, or does anybody know of any passenger boat? Has anyone here ever done this or know of anyone who has?

Please let me know!
Cheers everybody
Tom
