Travelling solo as a woman with tent and backpack on a very low budget under 15 USD per day. Please list all countries that can be travelled that cheap while still being safe.
(Excluding Iran, as a foreign woman I ended up being guided to the better hotels so I had to pay around this much for accomodation alone.)
Syria and Bolivia come to mind first. In Syria, you don't even need your tent to spend less or around 15 USD a day.
India of course - 10$/day should be enough including eating, accomodation (a budget hotel) and travelling
Ukraine - if you don't visit Kiev and stay in private rooms.

Best of luck
I travelled in Laos on my own for three weeks and spend roughly 200 USD in total. Not sure if you can camp but accomodation is certainly cheap. I also never felt unsafe and would love to return.
Hope this helps,
If you are camping, I think most of Central America can be done that cheaply. Even where there aren't official campgrounds, owners of hotels with some property might let you set up a tent and stay for a relatively low price.
I know a guy who was doing Costa Rica, which is one of the more expensive of the Central American countries on a budget of $20 a day, and coming under it most days. Of course, it helped that he had a fishing rod with him, and tended to try and catch his own dinner.
