Does anybody know if there is an email address, for the Iranian Consulate, in Berlin.
I can only find a fax number and a phone number, on the internet.

Mel, please look through the communication we had before. You'll see there (and at the website above) that you'll need to apply at the consulate in Frankfurt, not at the embassy in Berlin. (Unless I am mistaken - I always tought you lived in Southern Germany?)

The consulate at Frankfurt is responsible for the Laender Bayern, Baden-Württemberg, Hessen, Saarland, Rheinland-Pfalz and Nordrhein-Westfalen (exept the cities Münster und Detmold). The embassy in Berlin serves residents of Berlin and former East Germany.

And for applying for visa - the consulate in Frankfurt has a better reputation for issuing visa than the embassy in Berlin. Ie your chances are better in Frankfurt than in Berlin.

Hello Maria:)

I got a visa authorisation code, from an agency in Tehran.
They gave me a choice of places where they can send the code. Apparently, I could even pick it up in Turkey, if I was travelling accross land to Iran.
I choose Berlin, because it is a fun place, to spend a few days, rather than Frankfurt even though Frankfurt is closer to where I live.
I sure hope it wont be a problem. If I am to change my mind, about which consulate to apply through, I will have to pay another 15 Euros, for the authorisation code, to be forwarded.
Thanks for the info. It sure is confusting, trying to get a visa, for Iran.
