Hello to all.
First, let me thank all of you that have the time and kindness to help me out.
I am planning to be in China on the 10th of September 2007. Have to be there for around a month. THen it is way back here to Sao Paulo where I live, if possible, trough Bangkok, Adelaide, Johannesbourg.
Bangkok is a plus, can be deleted from that list, in case prices are too much.
Let me know what you advise me to do witht he ticket, as prices here in Brasil are tremendous!!
Thanks so very, very much
Not too sure, but have you considered checking out prices from Rio De Janiero instead of Sao Paulo? I know it is a fair distance from where you are, but it is only a few hours on the bus and if it was going to save you a fair bit of money it'd be worth the extra hassels to get the bus.
I think that no matter what you do prices for something like what you are planning will be extremely expensive because it isn't like you can just buy a simple return ticket. Check out the cost of a round the world ticket because that'd probably be cheaper than buying individual tickets. I think that One World is the alliance which will let you go from South America. To fit Johannesburg in the itinerary it'll probably add quite a lot more money to your ticket because you will most likely require a lot of backtracking. On a One World RTW ticket you'd most likely be required to go from Hong Kong-Johannesburg-London-Rio De Janiero. I can't even recall seeing Sao Paulo on any RTW ticket itinerary so that would suggest you'll have a lot of difficulty making it part of your itinerary without buying a seperate ticket.
If flights work the same in South America as in most the world, the fact you have left it until one month before you want to be in China will probably mean the price is considerably higher than it would have been had you booked 6 months ago. Goodluck.

If you manage to go to London, you have the new "Oasis Kongkong" company, with very cheap flight.
