This site is great to find information and accommodation to book but there is no help in any place of the site I haven’t find any place to ask for help from the administrator and there is no place to cancel a booking in the receipt they send you, I tried 3 times canceling at bull and no answer form any one.

Oh well..

Jamie - hey and welcome to the site!

Have you booked accomodation via the link? Just go to the page you booked your accomodation through - usually there is an email address - send them details that you want to cancel the booking and that you should get a response.

Ive never cancelled but l have in a fit of worry contacted the hostel directly and asked did they received my booking - lve always had a response confirming the booking - so l cant see why it shouldnt work in reverse!

I think you will not get your deposit back - hopefully it was minimal.

I just replied to another thread you started here, but I'll post the details again here :)

Most (All?) hostel booking systems ask you to cancel the booking directly with the property. The properties contact details are always included on the booking confirmation (email + phone). You generally can't reply to the confirmation email as that is a 'send only' email address and isn't monitored.

If you booked through Travellerspoint and have misplaced your confirmation email, you can use our Contact form which is linked to from every page of the site to get in touch with us about your booking. Choose the "I have already booked accommodation... " topic and it'll be sent to the right person. If you no longer have your booking number, be sure to use the email address that you booked with and the name you booked under.

ps. if you have already contacted Bull directly and they don't respond, definitely use the contact form here on Travellerspoint to get in touch with us. We'll pass it on to the right people and ensure the property gets back to you. Sometimes properties are not that great at checking email... it's a pain in the backside

I found the booking # and e-mailed it to Bull but no answer yet now that's just bull ...lol .. sorry I couldn't helpped ;) so I will contact them with that form and if that does not work I will call them for sure.
