This hotel has a very unfortunate liking for 80s and 90s power ballads and today i was tortured awake by celine dion and that hideous noise from titanic film. my ears were being burnt alive!

- I send great waves of empathy. As a Canadian I also send my apologies. However, it could be worse: ' Shania Twain '.

Okay - washing away all those horrid Celine and Shania tunes with Del Castillo's Mexican Lounge Lizard. (Just a little Latin band out of Austin, Texas.)

I think it was the Celine Dion and the sinky boaty song that put Purdy over the edge!

That would be enough to put everybody over the edge. Must be one of the worst songs ever. (that and all the other songs of the Notorious B.I.G.C.H.I.N.)

I am getting a little bit tired of the Wombats, at this moment, and their song 'Let's dance to Joy Division'. I did see the band last friday, and they did a great show, but this song doesn't want to go away anymore. And when you finaly have it out of you head, they play it on the radio :(

Maybe I didnt treat you
Quite as good as I should have
Maybe I didnt love you
Quite as often as I could have
Little things I should have said and done
I just never took the time

You were always on my mind
You were always on my mind

(Pet Shop Boys version)

Haha... reminds me of 'now now, the Canadian government has already apologised for Bryan Adams on several occasions'.

If it's not love,
then it's the bomb
the bomb
the bomb
the bomb
the bomb
the bomb

that will keep us together....
