Im in Vietnam and been here for 5 weeks. My money was getting low so I thought I would and sell my mobile phone to one of the many, many mobile fone shops that are around. I was a bit of a dumbarse and left my charger at home by mistake. Anyway my phone was a Samsung D900 which is way over a year old, but they dont have this phone over here. After a bit of banter and saying it was woth $600 in the UK I managed got 3,000,000 for it over 90 big fat British pounds. I was very happy with myself, plus I get my up grade when I get back home. Has anyone else done this in asia????

Sean

It is normal here to tread in your phone....

Interesting concept?
Would your name still be linked to the phone if it were used -

1) to organise a democratic demonstration against the internal communist dictatorship?
2) by criminal gangs trying to export heroin to Hong Kong or beyond?
3) by some jihadiwaddy at Glasgow airport before John Smearton banjoes him?

Stranger things have happened.
Just look at Dr. Haneef here in Australia who left his SIM card to his UK accused mass-murderous cousins

Just WATCH OUT of those Vietnamese Al Ghaede which could attack another towers in thw Western Countries with the help of your identity written in the SIM card of your mobile.
I reckon if you are really poor, start to teach your language to them or beg instead rather than selling your identity!

Ho Chi Van Ghaede is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Perth.
Think before you sell.
