hi there, Im planning a trip to Africa and overlanding tour seems to be the best and safest option for single woman traveller. I came across the website www.overlandingafrica.com. Im thinking of doing 21 days tour from Vic Falls down to Cape town via Botswana and Namibia. Has anyone used this company?? If yes, what was your experience like? Thanks, Ill be grateful for any replies. Cheers, Dada

Hi Dada,
I went on a trip with overlandingafrica.com, I went to the victoria falls as well.
It was the best travelingexperience I ever had. Africa is totally beautiful.
I also had a really nice group of people travellig with me and that makes it even more fun.

overlandingafrica.com arranged everthing perfectly, I didn't have any bad experiences with the company and I choise them because four of my friends recommnended them to me, they were right. It also isn't that expensive, especially for what you get. Some other orgaisations seem cheaper but when you read between the fine lines you can see that you'll be paying more afterwards. At overlandingafrica.com I exactly paid the price that was put on the site.

I wanted to take a tour and see a lot of Africa before going to Cape Town for a longer time. It really was a nice route to take, I saw all kinds of landscapes and I met al kinds of people, so going by myself wasn't a problem at all. I couldn't have done this all by myself in a car or something and a tour is then the best option, it is just safer and also offcourse more fun. The victoria falls are really beautiful, I couldn't get enough of it. Namibia was also beautiful, totally different than other places, but like nothing you've ever seen. And the landscapes around cape town are also just beautiful, seeing table mountain makes me really feel as if I'm on the other side of the planet, where I obviously am

I'm sorry for the crapy english grammar, I'm dutch.
If you still have any questions I'm happy to help you with them.
Otherwise, have a nice african experience, you will really never forget it! I know I didn't !!

Both first time posters and 'coincidentally' both about this overlandingafrica company. Am I being paranoid here? Is business going that bad in that part of the world that you need promote it here?
