Oh ya, another guesthouse in Sukhumvit is Big John Guesthouse.
It is not that efficient!!
You can read from the feedbacks from travellers in this website :

I have stayed twice at Mandarin Hotel and D'Ma Pavilion in Bangkok, both of them were relatively cheap and had excellant breakfast at these hotels.

U can also search hotels at the links recommended by Opospa

miguel_es, which value you mean while say "budget"?
You can find cheap GH in Khaosan road area, as low as 200 bahts/night/room or even hostels.
Also there is plenty of hotels 700-1200 bahts/night.
I can recommend Bangkoksuite.com and bhimaninn.com

Everyone has a different values for "budget" accommodations. How much per night for a hotel room does "budget" mean to you?

Off Sukhumvit Road, Sukhumvit Soi 11/1 and Sukhumvit Road Soi 11 (near the Nana Skytrain stop) you will find many hotels in different price ranges.

Business Inn, Sukhumvit Soi 11/1 has air con rooms starting at 600 baht (no window/view.) President Inn, same soi - basic A/C room starts around 690 baht. Other hotels on this soi are the Swiss Park, Narry Inn and the Bangkok Inn.

On Sukhumvit Soi 11 you will find the Grand Business Inn, backside of Swiss Park Hotel, Ambassador Hotel and the Suk 11 Hostel. Suk 11 Hostel is popular with back packers. (http://www.suk11.com/)

All of the above hotels have rooms with hot water and private toilet/showers! All of the hotels have some form of security storage too! Suk 11 has some dorm style rooms and shared toilet facilities too!

There are lots of hotels in Bangkok in all price ranges. You don't have to book every night at once. You can book a night or two and then check out some of the other nearby possibilities.

If you arrive during the daytime and it is not a holiday, very often you can find a place without a reservation. Christmas and New Years finding a place may be more difficult.

Hi,

I recommend Baiyoke Suite Hotel. Though, I don't think it's around 10 to 20 euros. You should also try First Hotel. Ibeleive its quite cheap.
