You should contact:

Oficina de Turismo de Sevilla
Avda. de la ConstituciĆ³n, 21 B
41004 Sevilla

[0034 954 22 97 53]

Expect to pay 50 EUR-70 EUR per night for both of you in an inexpensive B&B, a pension or a 2-star hotel.

I also saw some places at hostelworld.com that (despite being called hostels) offer private rooms with ensuite bathroom for 60 EUR or less for both of you.

For a proper hotel in the old quarter (this is the cheapest one I know that satisfies my standards), try Un Patio En Santa Cruz -snip-.

Not sure if by 'good' you mean hotel or hostel....But in Seville I stayed in a hostel called Triana backpackers which was great...very nice atmosphere, free breakfast/internet, friendly people etc. Most are dorm rooms (around 20 euros) but I think you can get private double rooms as well.
