Almost all the agencies could do that for you at your reservation confirmation.
I always tell my agencies at my payments that I need aisle seats. I prefer to have for freedom to get up and move around. Also, what would the point be, if window seat means getting to see the wings all the time (and about 40% of the seats on the plane comes with this kind of view).
I think number of people who like aisle seats is quite similar to the one for window seats. You should not have any difficulty trying to get what you want.
Seems place that nobody feel like sitting is the middle seat (unless you are a kid with mom and dad on the sides).

I always go for aisle. less restrictive, easier for recieving drinks, meals, etc.
Sometimes a window seat is amazing. Depends on position of seat itself in relation to wing, what you are flying ABOVE, time of day, direction, state of the weather, etc....
All of these factors came together in an agreeable way for me once when flying back to Canada from Scotland. The views of Iceland, Greenland, Hudson's Bay, and Northern Alberta were mesmerizing, way beyond IMAX.
Previous posts have covered the variables of procuring a window seat, if that is your want. Consider the factors mentioned here, and I wish you a good trip !!!
p.s. whatever seat you end up with, hope it is not right beside the mid- point washrooms !
