This is a bit overdue, but better late than never! I'm a huge procrastinator! What can I tell you about myself besides the obvious...love of travel and taking pictures. I've been lucky to travel quite a bit, but still feel like I've barely scratched the surface of this great, wide world. It seems like the more I do and see, the less I feel like I've seen or done! Does anyone else have that problem? Hopefully I can share with the rest of you through my experiences and photographs.
Now about me...the first country I traveled to was England when I was 9 years old. I live in Philadelphia where I own, not rent and no, I don't feel tied down to one place or travel less now b/c of it. I'm not a huge fan of creepy crawlys, but for some reason my tolerance for them is much higher when on the road. I do keep a travel journal, even if its just a loose list of things I want to remember. But more often than not, its about emotions and feelings for the experience. I don't know if I can "kick it", but I was involved in a love triangle in the work place back in my office days. The rugby world cup is indeed worthy of the title "world" and I'm pulling for the Springboks (a marital influence otherwise I probably wouldn't know a thing about rugby). My dog, Major, made me smile today! I'm also smiling b/c I just booked my tix for three weeks in Europe over the holidays. Yeah! And last but not least, I never got jiggy with it in a porn booth in Amsterdam (thank you for that post, I laughed so hard when I read it), although I am going to Amsterdam in December..just not the porn booth.
Thank you everyone for sharing your travels and experiences. I get lost in this site over and over! If you can't tell, I've been looking through photos and reading the forums for the last hour! Did I mention that I procrastinate? I still have a couple of things I need to do for work and then the weekend, and the rugby, can start.
See you around!
