Not really sure if this strictly qualifies as "gear" but I don't know where else to post it.
I've just been playing around with iGoogle tools. Adding a calendar to share with my girlfriend. Uploading some documents to their office suite. I also found Splashup which is an online Photoshop clone and ThinkFree which is an online office suite.
Anyone else found other online tools or come up with creative ways to use these tools ?
This isn't online per se, but it is useful if you want to have access to you personal info on the road.
These are programs that don't need to be installed and can run off of a USB memory key:

My company uses Google hosted mail plus Google Calendar, eliminating the need for buggy, unreliable Microsoft Exchange. It makes it easier to share scheduling information with people like me who are on the road a lot. The shared calendar is very useful. I've started using it to schedule activities with my friends also (instead of Evite).
