I'm sure it was simply an invitation to contribute to a gentlemanly debate on the topic of real estate development Sander.

If it's increasing your savings your interested in, let me know. I have been managing the bank account of a Mr David Sander, who died tragically in a plane crash. As there is no named next of kin I propose that you and I share his bank account balance of 42 squillion US dollars (90% for me, 40% for you, 20% for expenses). Please send me your credit card numbers, PIN numbers, bank account details, a pair of your wife's knickers and 3000 in cash.

Thank you,
MR BOAB MIKEY

Ooh, that does sound very interesting. Unfortunately I'm spending all my time giving away large sums of money to developing artists in Africa, so I'm afraid I can't help you with the bank account. But do let me know if you'd happen to know some gentlemen capable of recording a video of the dead parrot sketch to my exacting standards. :D

It is true India is witnessing a real estate boom and the companies mentioned are all based in india and their market capitalisation has grown by many fold in recent times. The companies like DLF and Mahindra gesco are trading in the stock market at an unreasonable P/E of more than 100, which is pure speculation and can not be justified by the earnings. How long will this sustain is to be seen

I'm broke after donating all of my money to one-legged Lithuanian lesbians.

Damn! And I'm only licensed in Illinois at the time. I wonder if there isn't some shady loophole I could find to enter the international real estate development boom and pocket all the cash... I only need several million dollars to buy Nekker Island.

Mikey - can I get a loan from the deceased Mr. David Sander? Please?
