Rajasthan Thalis.

As a country, I also found Cambodian food delicious. Really fresh, tasty meals!

The best food I have ever tasted was at La Spada in Florence, Italy.
I went there two nights in a row on a 3 day trip to Florence a few years back and my mouth still waters with the thought of the food there.

Snake???

Yep, it's a local favourite here in Yangshuo/Guilin. Actually, some old chinese man with a Mao suit came to the restaurant to bring the snake alive...a bit weird but it added to the fun. There are many weird things here to eat: turtle, frog, dog, cat, rat, squirrel and a few others. But I guess I will stay with beef, pork and chicken from now on. ;)

I'd the Dutch Marsepein during my stay in Middleburg, it was delicious but kind of expensive.
