I like my chocolate pretty much any way it shows up. Bittersweet chocolate is my favorite with semi-sweet a very close second.
1) Homemade chocolate chocolate chip cookies with pecans
2) Bittersweet chocolate mousse
3) Chocolate fudge frosting
4) Chocolate fondue with bananas and oranges
I used to make a batch of frosting (without the cake) and keep it in the fridge. Whenever I needed a chocolate fix, I would eat a couple of spoonfuls. I don't care for raisins, peanut butter, coconut or macadamia nuts in my chocolate. Milk chocolate is my least favorite but I won't say no to it.
