Do you remember this song?

It's from about 1993 and the clip to it features missing people. I used to see this song on Video Hits on television when I was at university.

I wonder if any of those missing people were found?

Missing people are rarely found, even if they are found circumstances change by that time

I remember it. My mum used to sing it and make up her own words to it, usually when I had friends over and she was trying to be cool.

I think they did find some of the people in the video as a result.

Check out my name! Soul Asylum are a great band!

Anyway, I really like the video and the concept, and they did find a few people, according to my brother we (in Europe) had a different video that showed missing people in our country...

That was one of my favourite songs that year! I think I even have it on CD single somewhere tucked away.... ah, the good ol' days. 1993 you say? Wow, that's 14 years ago! I feel old

But did these people want to be found?
If I did not want to be found, I would be pretty pissed off to see my photo on a video like this.

HA HA! yeah, I was in the process of growing my hair out when that song came out.

Incidentally, I ended up with a pony tail and I eventually shaved the back and sides and had it coming out the top down to my shoulders - does anybody else remember that style? I looked ridiculous but I was convinced I was the business.

I remember that song - it used to get stuck in my head for days, it was so depressing.

On a slightly related note, we played some 80s music trivia game on the weekend and my sister and I knew every word of just about every song. Now I turn on the radio and hardly recognize a thing (unless it's on the oldies rock station). Now that made me feel old. Ish.

That's the one. Song is insanely stuck in my head now. It always used to do that too (wasn't the only one I see Tina?!)... Mike, that hair style sounds like a blast. This was about 3 years before I blonded my hair.... boy, that really was not a good look
