hoggard has indicated that this thread is about India

I'm travelling through india at present i'm in Kerala the southern most tip
where i visited many of the tourist spots the beautiful beaches and had a leisurely houseboat stay, all these i enjoyed and i had afew more days to spare so was thinking what to do next when I heard about a remarkable person a woman running a homestay in an interior village of kerala. It's called "Tulasidalam" .I heard about the relaxation programme she was doing there but was though to get in through. The programme is completely based on indian traditions and spirituality to the very basic level. It was real real relaxing.we sing dance play cook travel talk every thing you do in her company and it's all got the very positive effect on your thoughts.I really love it that i've extended my stay along as i can just to be the part of the family.truly refreshing.lucky i say is the person who is able to be here.

Mate, you need to chill. I spent 2 month in India and had a pretty great time but this isn't the only place i've ever been so don't try and give me a lesson on planet earth. I've been ALL over earth so i CAN have a point of view. First, i think people should travel EVERYWHERE and make up their own mind. I don't have a totally negitive view of india or indians. Everyone should go there without question! But there are four things that will always bring down india on my list of favorite spots. ONE- The caste system IS real! You ARE a bad Hindu if you are in the lowest caste and you want to go to a higher caste. Many people told me this, even a man in the government. Did those 30 people lie to me? TWO-They cut down 99% of the trees in the whole country!!! THREE-nowhere else on earth have men ever treated my girlfriend with less respect then in India! FOUR- PEOPLE SHIT IN PUBLIC!!!!!!!! NO WHERE ELSE ON EARTH HAVE I EVER BEEN WHERE PEOPLE SHIT ON THE STREET IN FRONT OF YOU AND SAY "GOODMORNING"!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not Papua, not Korea, not Mexico, not Burundi, not anywhere!!!

But really, i'm not bashing India, I'll go back sometime.

Peace and Love,

Kelly

P.S. Got some of my best shots there!
