I have about a million reflective essays to write for my nursing course. This is where you discuss a nursing experience reflectively and critically and show what you have learnt from it. It is very very boring.....

RAIN RAIN RAIN RAIN RAIN.... I am officially sick of it, its just not on and l want it to stop right now. Give me just a few days so something that is somewhere close to being a summers day PLEASE...

If it doesnt stop soon lm considering moving to somewhere warm and sunny - l would never get sick of the sunshine. Does anyone in a nice warm country that gets little or only short bursts of rain want to adopt me???

Oh and my college course starts back on Monday night bloody hell that means summer is over.

Im off to throw a rope around the rafters and hang myself or l might just go back to bed and sulk with the weather

Come along with us, Heather! we're off to a friend's to swim. It's finally warm and sunny, as opposed to hot and rainy. I think the last 3 days have been the first in a month with no thunderstorms!

We'll make sangria and eat corn on the cob. It'll be fun! Pick you up in 5...

What made me frown today:

I bought two 8lb dumbells, a giant fitness ball and other assorted paraphenalia from Sports Authority only to discover that they dont deliver, so I had to walk all the way back to my apartment, one hand trying to wave down a cab, the other side bent almost double with the weight of the bag. Got back to the apartment exhausted, sweating and with two very sore hands.

Then I ate a whole pack of Oreos.

Oreos are great comfort food and after all that heavy lifting while speed walking, you needed a good sugar load. The burning question - was it an 18 oz., 6 oz., or (wimpy) 1.6 oz. pack of cookies? (You get a medal if it was the 4-tray 18 oz. pack of Double Stuff Oreos.)

I'm not so much frowning as getting the heebie-jeebies...

It's half past midnight, I'm alone at home, and I'm watching The Exorcist for the first time!!!!
