It's been snowing non-stop here since late last night. Two to five centimetres my... eye!!! Every time they forecast snow, the dang stuff comes down at least double.

And here I am waiting for snow...

People abusing the word fundamentalist.
I have just been called a fundamentalist because I said I wont agree to differ on the subject of female circumcision.:(

Being "invited" to join the spouses (aka wives) table for the dinner which follows a meeting I will be attending with Beerman tomorrow evening. Seems they want to "chat and catch up on family and activities".
Though, it was suggested to me that I start the chat session with "So, which flavor of edible underwear do you like best?" (That made me laugh.)

Turn it into a Tupperware-like party, only demonstrate the various uses for beerstani chestwigs. Now that'll get them talking.

Trying to get my daughter to do her homework is like pulling teeth. :(
She is going to have to learn to read and write sometime. She might as well get it over now. :)

It's okay - you can borrow a pair of my slippers. You have a choice of gorillas, sea turtles or kangaroos with pouches holding little joeys. (Thankfully, though the joeys do come out of the pouch, they are attached to the slipper. If they weren't they would be mising just like your slipper as Harry wants to play with them in the worst way. He also wants to drag the sea turles around by they legs.)

Probably better that your phone was on silent running... We got a call from the crazy kiwi and it seems he'd found the only pub in Houston that sells Guinness. We did warm him if he orders more than 6 he'll run them completely out of the black.

Weatherman is forecasting a blizzard for later today - starting right after the rain stops. Winds gusting from 25-50 miles per hour. Oh boy...
