Have you ever thought of going to Egypt? Egypt is also a nice place for a holiday LOL

Yeah, Egypt would be great but I think I'm going to focus on Southern and Eastern Africa in this trip, thanks for the suggestion though!

Hey Chemgal,

I got back from a safari tour in Africa in the end of November last year. We went with a company called Absolute Africa. We did a safari from Nairobi to Jo'Burgh. On our way stopped in the following countries: Tanzania, (Zanzibar), Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana. We had two trucks doing almost the same route so we swapped trucks in Botswana. We continued to Jo'Burgh and the others headed towards Namibia and from there to Cape Town, so they skipped Jo'Burgh. Our tour went for 45 days and it was amazing. Absolute Africa is a London based overland company with almost 30 year experience. The truck drivers are locals from Africa. We had a really cool guy James driving our truck. He was from Kenya.

I find the tours through Absolute Africa fairly cheap, our 45 day tour costed us approx £3000 which is around 6000 Canadians. This includes the actual tour, visas, vaccinations, flights, insurance, spending money (food and beverage), souvenirs and extreme sports such as white water rafting and bungy.

Have a look at their website and think about it:

The people on the tour are mainly from Australia, New Zealand but others too. On our trip we had an American and me (Finnish), we brought little bit of mixture to the crowd which was good.

Ask if you need any extra info. :)
