What should everybodies New Years resolution be?
Add your opinions.

James and Tway should give up nagging.

My resolution would be to have a long lastingpeace all around the world specially in the Middle East where lots of poor people loose their beloved friends and families in those horrible invasions.

Personally l think we should stop judging others and making remarks that could cause offence. Then again thats just my personal opinion.

a good topic..First is to help needy people with whatever I can afford...It could be a help in any form...be food, clothes, a job, guidance, care & love , any short of knowledge etc.. I started this cause with donating a computer to the primary school in village worth of USD 500 couple of weeks back....second thing which i am targetting for 2008 is to plant minimum of 10000 trees and save them..

My New Years Resolution for TP would be that people remember the Golden Rule (Ethic of Reciprocity). It's a very plain and simple concept that speaks volumes. For some, it takes practice - for others, it comes naturally. Regardless of which catagory one falls under, being kind rarely ever hurts. Some amazing things also can come of it.

Kombizz, your new years resolution is to stay on topic and start a new thread if u want to talk about Iraq or the other bees u have in your bonnet.

And Purdy u will have to stop being so ambitious and just join in the inevitable TP wars and pretend to yourself that u are having fun until Sam comes along. Then run.

SVM which members are u saying should help the needy as a New Years Resolution? U have to name names so we can tut tut when they dont do it.

Isadora name names FFS. Which members should ethically reciprocate? They will need to be constantly reminded in order to help them keep the resolution.

Surely these resolutions are a personal choice and not foisted upon us by others - is that not dicatorship????

Ambition is never a bad thing, why would fighting with others be considered fun? If that is the case lm quite happy to be miserable (sorry about the contradiction there folks).

To quote from John Lennon - Make Love not War therefore l shall happily spend 2008 doing that - anyone care to join in!.........

U dont mind who joins in?
In that case u will likely be kept busy for the entire of 2008.
No time for resolutions.

I think resolutions are meant to be made by the people themselves Mel., not by others. Otherwise, like Purdy pointed out, it's very resemblant of dictatorship, something I'm pretty sure you normally don't approve of?

Personally I think James and tway are sweet as kittens. Sure they can scratch if you pick them up the wrong way but normally they purrrrrr - weird comparison I know!
