Hi,

Can anyone answer this question: How easy is it to obtain a single entry visa from HK border to visit Shenzhen for a day? We are only in HK for a limited time (7 days) and cannot afford to be declined and have to wait around to be approved. Has anyone just gone to the border and be granted one within a short period of time? We're coming from Canada, travelling around SE Asia before making HK our last stop before coming home. My fiance's cousin (who is also a Canadian) was able to obtain hers within 10-15 mins after arriving at the border. But is it really that easy? I just think it's best to be prepared a head of time. Any suggestions?

Recently, Americans can no longer get a visa at Shenzhen border. No reports that Canadians are denied.
