That's a hard question to answer. I have to second Isa's - do you mean what's the nicest thing I've felt I've done, or what's the nicest thing anyone's said I've done for them?

Actaully, it's a hard question to answer. What I thought was the nicest thing I could have done for someone wasn't necessarily viewed the same way by the recipient. The flip side of that has been doing something I considered an "everyday" type of action yet the recipient felt it was the nicest thing someone had ever done for them.

That is actually the reason I cant answer the question. Most of the things I do which people think are angelic are in fact effortless for me. But at other times I have made a big effort to do something and the recipient did not appear to notice.
I have come to the conclusion that the way to do nice things is to make it a situation where I also get something out of the situation. When I say something I mean getting to know and interesting person is an example of what I would consider getting something out of the situation.

I let my friend copy my Malay Language test during exam in my high school & stole a pack of Marlboro from the gardener and shared it with my friends.
