Eating sugary foods can actually contribute to developing wrinkles!

What?
But, it is true.

When glucose enters the bloodstream, it latches onto proteins in the body. As it turns out, collagen and elastin, the proteins that help keep skin elastic, are two of the most susceptible proteins to this process, according to the study.

Well yeah, eating refined sugar is unhealthy and doing unhealthy things generally has an adverse effect on ones looks.

threads like this make me laugh,so the add also wrinkels

wrinkels are part of your live,it is the aging progress.
If somebody can not accept this, then they can get theyre skin strechet till the face looks like a mask with no mimik left.
Beautyful

I can live with my wrinkels, because most of them are "laugh wrinkels"

I would be more concerned with Diabetes than wrinkles, but it all comes back to your health.

sugars yes, but not concentrated sugars.
If I'm not mistaken starch is turned into sugars by our bodies... so we don't really need to add more?

Yes I'd be more worried about the calories and diabetes, and also agree that this should go in the "OMG if you breath you can die" research category :)
