Hello ppl,
Truth is i'm new to backpacking; so i was wondering [b]how many countries would be ideal for me to visit in a 20 days period

Thanks for your help;)

It all depends on which countries you want to see. Obviously, a country such as France will have much more to see than one such as Belgium. If you were to visit Italy, Switzerland, France and Spain in 20 days, that'd be just ridiculous lol. Now something like Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and central France may be good. Perhaps you can add in a trip to Munich as well.

Well when we inter-railed around Europe we managed to visit in 22 days...

Malmo, Sweden
Copenhagen, Denmark
Hamburg/Berlin/Munich, Germany
Prague, Czech Republic
Zurich, Switzerland
Vienna, Austria
Krakow, Poland
Bratislava, Slovakia
Budapest, Hungary
Split/Zagreb, Croatia

So we spent 3/2 days in each city and travelled on night train a few nights to get to the next city. It just depends really on what you want to do, if you want to see big cities, or spend some good time in a few countries, it is really up to you to decide on what want to do and see before you plan

Hope that helped...
