Burchill has indicated that this thread is about USA

I am planning on travelling in the u.s. for about 3 months in a years time, but I was recently arrested for Section 4 of the public orders act. So I was wondering would I need to apply for a visa or could I go on the visa waiver program? as this does not involve moral turpitude. I was not convicted or fined I only received a caution.

Thanks for the Help.

Have a look if some of the posts here contain an answer to your question. If not, this may be one for the US travel helpers :)

Thanks for the help.

i think im gonna just apply for a visa and if i dont get it i'll just skip the U.S. part of my trip.

But i was wondering if i apply for a visa does it begin straight away or do i have to specify a date? also how long before my trip should i apply for a visa?

Thanks for the Help.
