Hi all,

To Magykal 1 - Fresh Durian, we have lots in Malaysia, but I doubt i can send it fresh to u, if u dun mind a durian flavor choc, then u might want to get one from me, they are lovely.....

Haha maybe you could send some for Hien, he must be getting cravings by now.

I've been pretty successful in not thinking about all those good food from back home, but something up there seemed to be conspiring against me for the past one week. First, I accidentally bumped into this Malaysian restaurant across the road from the hostel I'm staying at. Went there a couple of times and the food weren't as good as those back home. Then, there's this food talk on MSN with two other fellow Malaysians who're also Working Holidaymakers who reminded me of all those dishes I used to eat weekly. Two days ago, I bumped into another Malaysian restaurant not too far away from my hostel. Now, Rob, you remind me about the heavenly durians! I've just had dinner an hour ago and I'm hungry now!!!

Wow - that must have hurt!

Now, quit your whining, Hieny! You're in Copenhagen - go have some sausage or scalloped potatoes. Or a Danish! ;)

So what else is new??? And why have you been online all day when in Copenhagen?? Looking out the windows of internet cafes with free wifi is not the way to spend your holiday!!! Go enjoy the snow - yeah - that white stuff right outside the window! I know, you forgot to buy boots...

------------

Jen - I agree with Q - what's the postage? Let us know!! (Swag good!) ;)

Sorry, that Malaysian restaurant was in London. I'm at my friend's at the moment and have been having Danish food so far.

It shouldn't cost more than 10 ringgit (about USD3) if the thing is small/thin enough to be sent in an envelope.

Exactly! They are virtually everywhere! I read an article some time ago about a Chinese couple operating a restaurtant in Papua New Guinea and they're making big bucks there!

It's an acquired taste! And I did try something "exotic"! I like the black pudding when I was at Ev's. And I gobbled up everything that's served to me.

I was out all day walking and freezing in Copenhagen and I left my notebook switched on.

It has only snowed for 2 days a couple of weeks ago and that's just it. Everybody is still waiting for it to snow again. Weather forecast says that there's a very slim possibility of snow in the next couple of days.

Jen - I agree with Q - what's the postage? Let us know!! (Swag good!) ;)

Like I said in my reply to Q, it should be less than 10 ringgit (approx USD3). But then, it depends on how many she's sending to each of you.

Guess you are in the wrong place at the wrong time... We were (not so) blessed with approx. 7 inches of snow yesterday with a bit more reported to fall this morning.
