I am starting to plan my holiday itinerary and currently I'm checking on flights. I flew to The Philippines two years ago with Air Asia and it landed at Clark. However, I'd like to try Cebu Pacific Air this time and was wondering, from which airport does the flight depart from --- KLCC or LCCT and where will it land when it has arrived in The Philippines? It is at the Ninoy Aquino airport?
I haven't tried Cebu Pacific Air going to Malaysia, but when I checked their website it leaves KLCC going to Manila (NOT Clark) then Manila back to KLCC.

I've checked the website before posting and it says that it will arrive at Manila. I presume the landing in Manila would be at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport because Cebu Pacific Air will depart from LCCT in Malaysia.
Anyway, I'll check more 'bout this!
BE CAREFUL!!! Cebu pacific is not a good choice to book your flight. Here are some reasons that i will leave to you to judge:
1.) They delay their last flights.
This is true to life experience. I missed an important dinner meeting just because they delay their flights.
Their reason: Plane is under repair and need to wait for the upcomming plane. - MY GOODNESS, YOU ARE ENDANGERING OUR LIVES HERE!!! WHY NOT BUY NEW PLANES?
2.) It is very hard to book online.
It is actually easy to book and pay, but the seat reservation to you on the day you will fly will be a big problem. Too much booking, too little seats available.
Their reason: We can not control the online booking nationwide. - IT IS NOT THE PROBLEM OF THE CONSUMERS.
3.) Unpredictable cancellation of flight schedule.
They will just call you by your phone number through their call center agent.
Their solution: They can offer refund. - YEAH LIKE I BELIEVE. THE CALL CENTER AGENT IS UNKNOWN AND THERE ARE NO CONTROL NUMBER. THE CONVERSATION IS NOT EVEN RECORDED. HOW CAN THE CONSUMER DO A FOLLOW-UP, AND WHAT BASIS DO WE HAVE TO FOLLOW UP?
4.) Call center for customer care SUCKS!!!
Try doing a refund call and they will either:
a.) NOT ANSWER THE PHONE and you will be left listening to their advertising crap.
b.) PASS YOU AROUND from agent to agent.
c.) PROMISE YOU TO EMAIL YOU REGARDING YOUR CONCERN and you get no email at all.
d.) NO REFERENCE. Call center agents refuse to give their names or any reference regarding your concern.
5.) VERY LATE REFUND, at times, no refund at all.
This is the SADDEST part of the entire Cebu Pacific operation. You will be left without any reference or traces to prove your eligibility for a refund. All are done verbally, so there is no way that you can file legal action.
6.) FAR TERMINAL LOCATION.
With the soaring gas prices and traffic jam, this one is not that worth the cash you pay.
For the price of the above mention flaws, they do offer great deal, just be very SURE when you deal with them because if they can attract your attention that fast, that is also how fast they get away with your money in case you encounter a hassle in your schedule.
Yeah I've heard news that Cebu Pacific had a terrible case of delayed flights this first week of August with all of their flights moving to the new terminal.. NAIA Terminal 3..
though, I personally have used Cebu Pacific for my flights locally and my bro had been using it as well going to singapore... so far we have not experienced these problems... And I must say that from my personal experience Cebu Pacific is a good airline with affordable fares...
If you have a non-Philippines bank issued credit card you will not be able to book Cebu Pacific flights online. There is something wrong with Cebu Pacific's web security in that it will decline your credit card. Sometimes the booking will get through but most of the time it doesn't.
There have been reports on other travel forums of a lot of foreign travellers not being able to book flights online (I am one of these) because Cebu Pacific is declining all foreign bank issued cards (both visa and mastercard). At one point in May we were able to book a flight with our UK issued card but now our card is declined every time we try and book.
Don't try calling the call centre either as getting though is impossible, you are put on hold for forever!
I have flown several times, and I am flying again with Cebu Pacific in September and they are generally quite a good airline. Although I was booked from HK to Cebu but they cancelled this route so I am now having to fly to Manila. Also the last time I booked I had to send them an email with a photocopy of my bank details, they said this was because of the amount of fraud going on.
