Quoting kombizz

Tell the travel blog owner to join TP instead of passing our experience to you and you tell him/her.

No Kombizz. He asked my opinion and I am happy to give it.
I would also be happy to tell the owners of TP what I think which I did in the survey they sent out.

Quoting Mel.

An owner of one of the other travel sites wants me to tell him what his travel site does well and not so well compared with the others.

He asked my opinion and I am happy to give it.

Well, just tell him what you think. Why do you want the opinions of the others?

It's the people that make TP the great place that it is (apart from you of course Mel )

I'm afraid I was of the same opinion when I first read the post. Travelblog.org asked for opinions from you as one of it's members (along with others, I'm sure), not members of another travel-related website. Your opinions/comparisons should be your own and though I understand why you have asked for input, will credit be given to those who have given you their opinions? I'm seriously not being negative in my comments. I am of the belief when asked for an opinion/comment, the inquirer is looking to me to respond on a personal level, not one made from mine and several other sources (ie: members).

Isa now returns this thread to it's originally scheduled topic...

Isadora, they will be my opinions. I was just looking for prompting if anybody is willing. Anyway nevermind. Asking the question here has become a bit complicated so I think I have enough opinions now. Thanks.

my 2c worth
i really love chocolate, but travel websites are an easier way to get good information
its worth considering this before you give the other website owner your opinions
now, if a travel website was to give away free chocolate then it could possibly be the best website in the world
thats even something for tp to consider too

What's the alternative to giving away free chocolate; giving it away and charging for it?
