I have to say the best year of my life thus far has been my year in Rome. I studied abroad through the IES, Rome program. It wasn't a huge program which was great. I think it was extremely beneficial in terms of forming great relationships and getting a deeper grasp of what Roma had to offer. I went during my Junior year of college and don't think anything can compare to this experience. I hope everyone gets the opportunity to live abroad. There's no better way to grow, learn, and experience!

That is very inspiring! Everybody who has studied abroad tells me they love it! I'm currently applying to study abroad right now but I'm getting cold feet because I'm afraid I won't graduate in time and stuff!

I know this is easy for me to say since I'm not in your position, corneggs, but even if it means delaying your graduation, go abroad! I just got back about two months ago from studying abroad in the Netherlands for six months. It was by far the best experience of my life. My only complaint is that I have seemingly insatiable wanderlust and I'm itching to get out of the US as soon as I can. Best of luck!
