Hi

I am going in May to Athens, Istanbul and some of the surrounding island like Rhodes, Mykonos, Santorini, How much of a weather change is it? Will it be above 70 F (21 C) degrees enough for bathing suits and shorts? The dates I am planning are either the 1st (3rd of May) or 2nd week (9th of May). This decides when I am going.

Thank you for your help

I worked in Rhodes for 8 months last year and the temp was around 30 degrees (c) towards the end of may, the island is a fantastic place to visit even for a few days (you can drive round the whole island in 4-5 hours) the people are fantastic and there are ferries most days to Bodrum and every day to Marmaris for around 30-40 Euro's

Any questions feel free to contact me!!

Average max for Istanbul will be around 22-26, Athens slightly warmer with possible around 30 if you are lucky.
Rhodes and other islands are pretty warm as well, with temperatures during the day also between 20-25 degrees.
It is not exactly very nice weather to go swimming as the water still is relatively cold/cool.
