I just saw on a website something saying that if you travel overland to Cambodia that you need to show your health card and international vaccination card when entering. Is this true?

No you dont , not unless they have changed it since i was there last year . All i had to show was my departure card and 2 passport photos . I think it might apply to some people from certain parts of the world , but if your from Europe i dont think you will have a problem.

That website has old information. That was a scam they ran at the border for years to get a few extra $s out of visitors. They also got rid of the 'SARS' scam, finally. Seeing how Cambodia never had a case of SARS, it was a stretch to 'screen' visitors coming in. Just another way to 'legally' get into your wallet. Pretty much sums up Cambodia, one scam after another.

Thanks for the info :)

Are there any more scams that I should be aware of?

Cambodia is chock full of poor people, so many will overcharge you for goods and services. You will have kids that want to carry your bags, help fill out your visa application, motodops that steer you to a hotel or store where they get a kickback, etc. Just learn what things really cost and you will be fine. Send me a PM if you have any questions.
