Hi! A first time poster here hoping some of you helpful people can help sort out some of my last minute nerves!!

I will be leaving london next week for my 1st trip alone which will be a tour around Europe for 3 weeks.

I have no accomadation booked in advance and intend to find somewhere upon arrival. Is this achievable at this time of year? ( i will be home by Easter)

From what ive read there is not direct trains between Amsterdam and Berlin. So after ive gone London-Paris-Brussells-Amsterdam- where would you recommend i do from there? I am open to all suggestions.

Thankyou.....

There is actually a direct train from Amsterdam to Berlin, but it's really very little hassle to switch trains at Hannover or one of the other stations. You can book both legs of the journey at one of the Amsterdam stations and the trains are rarely late so making connections isn't likely to be a problem. It takes about 6 - 7 hours to do this journey though, so you might want to stop somewhere in central/western Germany such as Hamburg, Cologne, Dusseldorf etc.

You should be fine in the accomodation department. It'll still be the low season when you're visiting those places and as far as I know, there are any major festivals in those cities at this time of year. But really, it'd be smart to book your first night though. Do that at the least :)
