Add a few more zeros and you're getting close.

These days it seems to be hip to take a holier than thou stance on "climate change" and "the environment". All this talk about carbon footprints, saving the planet, and acting locally/thinking globally from people that get so worked up about it that they reach for a packet of fags to calm down. Yet your local environment; the one you have the most control over, is your own own body, and filliing your lungs with carcinogens is about the most concentrated form of polluting that you can get.

There are a lot of self righteous, self-appointed, so-called "environmentalists" that need a good slapping it ain't funny.

Put out your cigarettes, donate your "smoke money" to charity rather than a profit-hungry 'corporate', start looking after your own environment and health, then people might start listening. In the meantime, shut the f*ck up.

I must say James, your rant made me laugh out loud. However, the chance of any of them shutting up is minuscule.

I would be happier with a license to have children.

I would be happier with a license to have children.

It would be nice if good classes on parenting were freely available for all who are expecting a child soon. I dont think there are many jobs so overwhelming and with such a steep learning curve as parenting. As it is we dont get much professional help unless there is a crisis. We really have to rely on good luck with finding the right books to read and with getting it right. But I certianly dont think one should have to have a licence for it. Especially one that the government charges money for. I can imagine the licences would not necessarily be given to people who would make the best parents.

Having children is the most natural thing in the world.

Paying to suck on a wick so as to inhale deadly pollution is not.
