Hi Ellie!!!

I can't really help you with what the options are, but I can tell you that I know that New Zealand seems to be really veggie/vegan friendly. Every now and then I'll look at certain websites for available flats and a lot of people seem to want vegetarians to live with them. Either that or they say that they are veggie eaters but don't mind meat eaters living with them. So I would imagine that it would be pretty easy to be veggie in New Zealand. Hope that helps somewhat. ;)

Thanks so much. any info on that helps!
It's good to know that there are people out there looking for veggie room mates haha....what websites do you look at that post people looking for flatmates?
I also see your heading to New Zealand in the near going as well at the end of September or the beginning of October. I think I would like to go to the South Island and was really hoping to work somwhere along the western about you?
Im heading out alone, so I am really interested in talking to other people who've gone to NZ on a working visa and finding out about their experience with it.
haha im also a huge fan of Lord of the Rings (not to mention Orlando Bloom dressed as an elf..who would have thought an elf could be so good looking?)
What part of the US are you from? Ive travelled quite a bit in the U.S!
Thanks for replying!
