I am looking for:

1. a farm stay that has plenty of sheeps - as I need them as background for photo shoots.OR alternatively, farm that has plenty of sheep and they allow photography without us booking their accommodation ?

2. short accommodation - any that is situated in Busselton, Margaret River OR any that is along the stretch - Busselton/Dunsborough/Yallingup/Margaret River.

Budget: Not more that AUD 160/night

Any tips/Recommendation ?

Thanks !!

You really need to be further inland, that region doesnt have big sheep numbers though most farm stays will have a couple for the visitors to feed, for photos I presume you need minimum flock numbers of 20+ to get the affect.

I say look at the York and Beverley area, 100km east of Perth, or regions around Albany

Avondale Agricultural Research station maintains a sizeable flock it in the Beverley area, good accomodation options in Beverley(10 minutes drive) or York(25 min)
