evil organisations like Islam?

In post 155 u said the above.

That is what i was referring to that Islam may seem evil to u but there are billions who have embraced it.

Ur just referring to some outdated Shariah laws which majority of muslims dont follow. To understand Islam, just do not go by the media reports and distorted facts and mis-interpretations of many of holy verses, understanding the spirit and tenants of Islam is important.

Stop nit picking. I said a lot more and think a lot more about religion than you state here.

Now, let me see if I can dig up that report I read that religion tends to appeal to the less intelligent.
If I was as organised as Wottefiqh I would have it handy.

You're just a whinging, nagging, opinionated, egotistical, fraudulent, pessimistic, self-centred, attention-seeking pain in the neck.

If you know anything about psychology, you will realise that what irritates you about me are probably the characteristics you dont like about yourself.

I quite like you

Well you would. I prevent the off topic from having nothing but word games in it.

If you say i promote religion, then i could say that you promote atheism. I think wotthefiq uses far better and well-overthought arguments than you do. Your reactions are driven out of frustration/emotion rather then out of rational thinking.

Well I do promote atheism.
Of course I am frustrated and emotional about what religion has done to the world. Hopefully others have some feelings in that direction too. Love and peace may be what sold religion to the masses but love and peace is far from what it is about in reality.
So I dont talk as fancy as Wottefiqh. Neither do you.

i am not going to say much more here, otherwise

Where do you think you are going???
Tell us what brought you to the mental state that would cause you to promote evil organisations like Islam?
We dont all go around standing up for things like that.

Mel,

It seems you are lumping all Muslims into the same pot....that they are all evil and stupid. Is it possible that there are some "good" Muslims in the world?? Are all Christians evil and stupid? Buddhists? Jews?

Going by that logic, I'm going to say that all Socialists are the same.....and here is my definition:
Children of middle-class parents
Took 1 course in Psychology and 1 in European history - didn't understand either
Armed with Uni experience, now knows everything about everything, or else
Bathes occassionally, in protest of International Soap Conglomerate (Evil, LLC)
Imagines religion and Faith to be the same thing
Imagines violent protest to be the solution to change
Has religious zealot-like faith in self
Wears only pesticide-free hemp clothing to save the earth
Eats natural granola-style birdseed to save time for protesting
Utilizes mouth frothing as a tool to convince world to live together under totalitarian rule
Hates Indiana Jones - Loves Jack Sparrow
Now hates Jack Sparrow - Loves Hannibal Lecter
No wait, why aren't there any good Socialist actors
Oh crap, should have said actresses
Men and women are the same - except for that whole baby thing
Oh crap, should have said women and men

Sure, it's a bit of a mock M.....don't take it personally. But at the same time, don't put everyone in the same boat.

Well yeah. I think all religions cause more bad that good.
Religion causes war. Or is it the religious who cause war because of religion?

Anyway Beerman, I dont really have such extreme ideas.
I think the atmosphere on TP brings out the worst in me.
Every political or religious converstation has progressed the same way. Bad feelings collect from previous conversations and make their way into present conversations and it gets worse and worse here.

Sam is right. These conversations dont sit well on this site.
I dont know why I allow it to drag me down with it. Cheap entertainment I suppose.
Anyway, I think I will join Kombizz. Not in being like him but in saying this place does not suit me. Things can only get worse if I contine to visit this site.

Bye.
