I'm going to have to agree with wothtefiqh here.........

WTF do u think about that WTF?

Now dear Mel, WTF and I are of similar minds, though he knows far more than I do of Islamic insanity. I am well versed in Christian insanity, though oddly, I'm not Christian. We're just tired of garnering the blame for nothing. And Islam does seem to be the most violent religion these days, killing more muslims than Christians or Jews do.

I'm with you actually...religion has caused more trouble than it's worth, but generally not by the average practicing faithful......it's the religious leaders doing the most harm.

I'm having a hard time keeping up with all the e-mail notifications I'm getting this evening...

Gotta say, I agree with Anthony and Kris.

Kris - you aint no average American honey!

Aw, shucks......(blushes with Irish pride....)

Sorry Purdy, I'm just tired of "Muslim sensitivity", when many of them are busy strapping on explosive vests to kill their own people.

And you ain't no average Irish lass

Do what l do - ignore it - lm from a deeply divided society (or one that alledgely was) ok our "boys" were too busy making political careers for themselves too strap semtex to themselves in the name of the cause but very quick to play the "victim" card when it suited - just ignore it theres so much else out there to smile about!

BY THE WAY - Northern Irish!!xx

Many of them? What percentage of all muslims do you think do this? Does "many" means more then 50%? Do you see that people from muslim countries might see the US as terrorist (as invaders in their country, only to gain power and to save oil...which is needful I agree, also to save the economies in Europe, we are dependent on oil)? Suicide bombers and islamic terrorists are mental (and I believe that they are totally misinterpreting the quran in their own favor). People like to generalize. Muslims and the west both do that about each other, which is too easy. It is not fair to make this kind of jokes about muslims, its very disrespectful. If you have been to a muslim country you know that most muslims (i dare to say more then 99%, i can't back that up though) are good and are against terror. More muslims should stand up and condemn terror in public. Hopefully that will happen more in the future. In the Netherlands I see that happening more and more, and i am very happy about that.

I'd put money on more than 50% of muslims seeing suicide bombing as being a legitimate tactic.

Based on?
I think more than 50% of the Americans legitimates attacking Iran. Hillary Clinton said it herself. Making the same mistake as Iraq? Who is better (is the islamist the only terrorist)?

Now wouterr, don't misrepresent what I said......to me, many is one suicide bomber per day, which is what has been happening. You know well that the Middle East is a volatile situation, and that more muslims have killed muslims than Americans killing muslims in Iraq, with the help of Iran and Syria.

I'm not lumping all muslims into the same bucket. Poverty is no excuse to become radical. Many people around the world have lived with poverty and come through it. I would love it if America would get out of Iraq and the Middle East altogether, but at the moment, if we did, do you not imagine that there would be wholesale genocide? Muslim killing muslim (the radicals of course....but the average person suffers).
