So I am doing some traveling for a month before I study in Prague next fall and was wondering where to go in Switzerland? I was planning on definitely seeing Interlaken but where else? Are Zurich, Geneva, Bern worth seeing? I enjoy the outdoors and love to hike. I'm 20 years old and will be there in August probably traveling alone so it would also be nice for the places to have some other young people around. Thanks!

You will have a great time in Switzerland, if you love nature and scenery. You can stay a few days in interlaken, its basically a small town. Go for the boat cruise, its highly recommended. There after head to lauterbrunnen, a 30 mins ride away. Stay at valley hostel. Lauterbrunnen is at the valley of the jungfrau alps, and its heaven on earth. I spent a week there. You can also take a cable car to murren, which is up the alps. And you are right at the face of the magnificient alpine mountain. You can also stay at mountain hostel at grindewald.

You should really stay over here. Its at gimmewald and not grindewald.
