Name is pete and i'm flying into costa rica solo at beginning of May

Interested in bussing back up to mexico city through CA.

I am keen to surf, play football, practice newly learned spanish, eat, dance, party and see what is to be seen.

If anyone is going to be in area, heading in the direction or against.

Let me know. Meeting up could be cool.

May and June is "low season", the beginning of the tropical rainy season (usually rains late afternoons/nights) before the "summer" tourist hordes descend July and August, however good weather for swells..surfing..best surfing here in El Salvador, good in CR, Nicaragua and Guatemala as well, if you don't have a board you may take classes, rent a board in El Salvador, where beaches are very close to the capital city 24-35 miles, 36-50 km. in and west of Puerto de La Libertad, if taking local buses to beaches in CR keep a watch on your bags, also everywhere else, never put your stuff on top of a "chicken bus" and never get on a bus which is too crowded (pickpockets), avoid riding peak hours. the International Bus from CR into the city of Tapachula in Mexico is the Tica Bus, all luggages except hand carried goes underneath the bus, keep a watch on your stuff at border crossings, and don't change too much money there either, many money changers have fixed calculators, in their favor, money changers at borders "rent" money from their "jefe" or boss and take a commision end of day. Need more info on El Salvador surfing and partying message.

¨Hey look me up in Suchitoto, El Salvador a nice colonial town with not much to see but a great place to kick back for a day or two. Everybody knows me here as El Gringo Roberto, we have a small restaurant and internet cafe and I virtually knwo every body. So look me up when you get here and I can show you the hostels(all new and not yet in the guide books). Then out for a drink at El Necio a leftist bar with Che motif, if your into hiking there are a couple of civil war tours done by some community groups in the rural area. Anyway come on by.

whether you visit or not have a great trip..
Saludos desde Suchitoto
