This is gonna sound odd but im a bit of a gym freak. I started the gym a few months ago and loving the way my body is changing. I still got another 5 months before i go but the last thing i want is to pile on the pounds etc whilst away in the states for 9 weeks. Sure ill eat healthily etc but i was wondering if anyone else has been in the same situation and has anything they can recommend? like running on the beach etc??
Or should i just not worry
