Im planning a 5 week trip thru portugal and croatia in august/september and im looking at flights atm, and finding it ridiculously expensive to fly from portugal to croatia (€700ish) one way...
im wondering if its worth it to fly to italy or something and get a ferry over to croatia... or something like that...
im having a look at flight options now, budget airlines flying from random places etc, but anyone who has any ideas how i can avoid paying €700 (theres no wya im paying that) to get to croatia from portugal, id love to hear it!!
also love to hear anything about portugal, ill have 2,5 weeks there so id like to see alot, and anyone whos been there, id love to hear what you did, where you went, things i cant miss etc... for croatia also!
im in the planning stages, so theres alot more research for me to do, but its also priceless info from ppl who have been there that im wanting to hear!
yeah have u looked at easyjet Lisbon to Geneva then Geneva to Split? Might be best option.
Portugal is great, go to the south, Lagos and Faro. Nice scenery around there too and vibrant nightlife.
Lisbon is a charming old world city, I think one of the best cities in Europe.
ok so ive found a ryanair flight from porto to milan for €35 and then i figured that a sleeper from milan to zagreb will cost about €70, so thats not too bad! but it takes like 2 days haha... but a bed for (most of!) the night and the train combined is not a bad price really.
didnt look at easyjet!
but i will do, right now!
thanks for the tip!
its really impossible to know every flight path around, thank god for this forum!!
PS yeah i really want to go pretty much from the top to the bottom of portugal, everyone always tells me how good it ALL is, so im gonna try and see as much as i can in 2 weeks!!
also thinking of spending a week in bosnia and hercegovina....
