Hi,

I am trying to book the cheapest method of transport of Prague to Ljubljana which appears to be the train but I can't seem to find a way to book tickets online? If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, Chelsea.

There no easy way to do that. If you read Czech you can try http://www.cd.cz/ for this.

An alternative to that is to use either an agency like http://www.europeanrail.com/ or maybe the ÖBB (Austrian rail) ticket service since most of the Prague-Ljubljana connections run via Austria. This will be expensive though.

But IMO the best way to get train tickets from Prague to Ljubljana is to buy them at the train station in Prague. It should not be a problem to buy them just a few hours before you leave. The only exception to this would be the night train connection via Munich.

Could you please use http://www.bahn.de to figure out the schedule of all train connections running between Ljubljana and Munich and then tell me which connection you intend to use? I have some money-saving strategies in my mind if you are on a really tight budget, but I need the route the train takes first.
