travelling the east coast

hi i will be travelling the east coast of the states from the 28th december (i know its gonna be very cold). are there any places of interest i should visit as i will be travelling alone and can anyone recommend any places to stay.

The first question is how long are you staying. At this time of year you may want to stick to the southern states perhaps DC and south though NYC is great this time of year. Some places you may enjoy are Colonial Williamsburg, Charleston, SC, and I'd certainly recommend Florida this time of year. St. Augustine is great as well as the theme parks in Orlando and Busch Gardens in Tampa. Naples is a great city as well.

It may not be to bad in Hershey, Lancaster, and Gettysburg, Pa. which are places I recommend as well.

I started in Miami and went all the way to Toronto up the East Coast.
Didnt stop everywhere mind.
