My wife and I booked a tour with Papillon, Las Vegas. The tour included a helicopter flight into the Grand Canyon, a raft ride down the Colorado River and the Skywalk. We were told this particular tour was being phased out, possibly due to poor tour numbers. We were instructed to wait outside our hotel on March 20th, 2008 at 4.50am where we would be picked up and conveyed to Boulder City Airport. Much to our dissapointment we were not picked up. An hour and a half later a Papillon bus did arrive, but it was for another party. The driver refused to make contact with his company and couldn't have cared less. I can only summise that the company is incompenent or there were insufficient numbers to make the tour financially viable, so we were just ignored. We will never know, as the company and its sister company, Grand Canyon Airlines, refuse to answer any corresponence.
