Planning on travelling around Eastern Europe this summer, Poland Czech Rep, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia and Hungary.
Has anyone any good suggestions on travelling between Slovakia and Slovenia / Croatia without travelling through Budapest? Any suggestions of things or places to see also appreciated.
It is of course possible to go via Austria. Bratislava-Vienna-Graz-Maribor.
Vienna is very nice. This trip woul be more expensive than Hungary or Budapest though.
Thanks for the previous advice.
Does anyone know of any low-budget airlines, such as ryanair, which operates in Eastern Europe?
Skyeurope. Sometimes you can find offers with LOT, CSA or Adria.
i spent 1 month in slovakia..so i have figured out that the best way to travel is to catch the IC train from slovakia to another foreign city..but if u manage to book ryanair early would be the best way of travel..
